This policy for shoppers ("Policy") applies to anyone who makes a purchase ("Buyer" or "Buyers") in the Pussygram Marketplace ("Marketplace" or "Platform").

This policy is part of our Terms of Use. By using Pussygram, you're agreeing to this policy and our Terms of Use.

Buyer basics

As a Buyer in the Marketplace, you acknowledge that:

  1. You are buying from independent sellers, often small businesses, not from Pussygram.
  2. Seller processing times, shipping methods, and policies vary from seller to seller.
  3. Pussygram does not pre-screen sellers or endorse any products offered for sale.
  4. Due to the nature of used items, the Buyer is responsible for sanitizing purchased items and should assume that items have not been sanitized by the seller.

Making a purchase

Items in the Website Shop are offered by independent sellers, with their own unique styles and policies. Sellers may also differ in the payment methods and/or payment processors they use. When making a purchase in the Shop, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate shipping information.
  2. Submit full payment for them item(s) purchased.
  3. Read item descriptions and seller policies carefully.

Communicating with sellers

After making a purchase, buyers are allowed to message the seller about topics specific to the order. For example, a buyer might message a seller about a problem with an item purchased. Using an order to communicate with sellers about topics unrelated to the order is prohibited and may, at our sole discretion, result in account suspension.

Cancelling an order

Only sellers are able to cancel orders. In the event that you want to cancel an order, you should request cancellation by messaging the seller about the order in the Purchases section of your account.

Returns

Return policies vary by seller. Not all sellers accept returns.

If you reside in the European Union (EU), you may also have the right to return purchased item(s) within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The details of the right to cancel may vary by EU member state. In the event that you exercise this right, you are entitled to a full refund for the full purchase price including original shipping charges. You may be responsible for return shipping charges, however, and the seller may withhold reimbursement until they have receieved the returned items.

Item Reviews

Posting a review of an item or purchase experience can be helpful to other buyers and to the seller as well. You can change reviews you've posted at any time.

Any item review or item feedback you post will be publicly available on the Website. You agree that your review(s) will not violate the Website's Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove reviews at any time without notice that we consider, at our sole discretion, to be obscene, hateful, threatening, harrassing, or that undermine the integrity of item reviews in the Shop.

Problems with orders

Your order details can be found in the Purchases section of your account. If you have a problem with an order, the Purchases facility allows you to message the seller directly. In the unlikely event that you are unable to resolve a problem with the seller, we want to know about it. Please provide us with details of the matter using the contact form. We may, at our sole discretion, attempt to help you resolve the issue. Please be aware that when you contact us about order issues, we may share your personal information with the seller for the purpose of resolving the dispute.
